1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older except employees and contractors of Australian Mushroom Growers Association Ltd and their agencies or any member of their immediate family.
3. The competition commences on 1 September 2008 and closes at 11.59 (EST) on 27 February 2009.
4. The competition consists of a national random Draw (see table 2 below)
5. An entrant may enter a Draw by completing the entry form on the website at www.bbqmushrooms.com and submitting the entry form to the promoter (by selecting the "Submit" button) during the period between the 12.00am on the Entry Date (see table 2 below) and 11.59pm on the Closing Date (see table 2 below) for that Draw.
6. Incomplete entries are void.
7. An entrant may only enter a Draw once.
8. The first six (6) complete and correct entries drawn will each win one of ten (6) Major Prizes as stated in table 1. The subsequent 100 complete entries will each win one of 100 Minor Prizes as stated in the table below.

9. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD $7,594 (including GST).
10 Subject to State and Territory regulations, the promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between 1 September 2008 and the date on which the prize is claimed.
11. The promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability and merchantability or any of the goods or services offered as prizes, except as required by law.
12. Each Draw will be drawn at 12.00noon on the Draw Date for the Draw (as per table below) at Australian Mushroom Growers Association Ltd, 2 Forbes Street, Windsor, NSW 2756. If necessary, a second chance draw for any unclaimed prizes will be held for at 12noon (EST) on 7 June 2009 at Mushroom Growers Association Ltd, 2 Forbes Street, Windsor, NSW 2756, subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) and Reg 10 of the Art Unions and Public Amusements Regulations 1992 (Qld)
13. Winners of a Draw will be notified by email the day following the Draw.
14. The name and suburb of each winner of a Draw will be published on the BBQ Mushrooms website (www.bbqmushrooms.com) on the Publication Date for the Draw (see table 2 below) and will be published in "The Australian" Newspaper on 14th March 2009.
15. The promoter does not represent or warrant that this site will be accessible without interruption or that this site, any materials on this site, or the server that makes this site available are free from errors, defects, design flaws or omissions, or from viruses or other harmful components. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any E-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof. Any material and or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the BBQ Mushrooms site is at the entrants own discretion and risk and no responsibility will be taken for damage to the entrants computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and or data.
16. Subject to State and Territory regulations the promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate access to the BBQ Mushrooms competition and or other services provided by the promoters.
17. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
19. In the event that any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
20. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the prize.
21. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained, to person or property (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in any way related to this competition, or using or participating in, the prizes.
22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter subject to State and Territory regulations, reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who involved in the tampering of the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
23. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation of transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
24. All personal information collected by the promoter in relation to this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
25. The promoter is Australian Mushroom Growers Association Ltd (ACN 001 491 461), 2 Forbes Street, Windsor, NSW 2756. The promoter reserves the right to use winners names, addresses and photographs for promotional purposes. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
